Action tree care was not doing work on my property but on the adjacent property and decided to leave my gate open letting my dog out. Do not recommend using a company that has such disregard for trespassing and even more so disregard for the safety of a pet.read more

Action is doing some work at a neighbor on my cul-de-sac. They left two diesel trucks idling on the street for 20 or 30 minutes. I finally went over to ask them if it was necessary. The supervisor gave me a rude and snide reply (and did shut them off). If that is the kind of people they have on their staff, I will use someone else when I need tree work done on my place.read more

Our house has a huge palm tree in the front yard that we love. We noticed it wasn't looking very healthy and called a few places to get an idea of what we needed to do to save it. Everyone said it was time to cut it down -- even a tree specialist said it was just a matter of time before we had a "telephone pole" instead of a tree. Action Tree was the only service that offered to try to save it -- they did a root treatment of some type and the tree came back! It has a full head of leaves on it again and looks great. I hired Action Tree to trim a hedge on my property. They did a good job on the hedge, but left a significant number of cut and dead branches visible which were agreed to be removed during the bid process.I have followed up with 2 calls to them and it looks like they came back and removed most of the dead material.read more
