We specialize in all phases of landscaping including consultation and planning, landscape design and construction. We serve the greater Santa Barbara area including Goleta, Montecito and Carpinteria. I'm not sure I can say enough good things about my experience with Mark and his team at Cornerstone. My wife and I have bought multiple homes over the years and this has been hands down, the single best experience by far. Every step in the process was not only painless, but actually a pleasure. We were kept up to date with weekly phone calls from start to finish. Every person on the team was polite, professional and friendly. There were never any surprises - costs and fees were explained up front and in detail. And we even had some very pleasant gifts from them in the mail (not to mention fun and delicious!!) This was seriously so easy, and this despite the fact that we switched gears on them mid-stream by choosing a different house nearly 3 weeks into escrow on the first house. The new loan amount needed to be increased and the terms of the loan changed but they didn't miss a beat. The whole process from start to finish was absolutely flawless. We absolutely plan to use Cornerstone again in the future when we sell an investment property to refinance the home we just bought with them because we know it will be easy and painless. Thank you SO MUCH Mark (and Mark and all the rest) for doing such a great job for us! We'll talk to you again next year!read more

Kelly Marsh and her team are the best! They go above and beyond to help through every step of the process and are so quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I was a first time home buyer and knew nothing about purchasing a home but Kelly helped educate me on all my options, ran scenarios to show different options for me, and made me feel comfortable about my decisions. I also always knew where I was at with the loan process because they use a great online portal that I could log in to and view step-by-step what would come next. When my loan got closer to closing, Kelly and her team sent me goodies in the mail - which were totally unexpected - but SUCH a nice touch! She is always looking out for your best interest. A year after purchasing my home, I received a letter from Kelly letting me know I could possibly get a better interest rate if I considered a refinance - so I went forward with it and ended up getting a much lower interest rate and monthly payment. One more thing she helped with was refer me to a great bank to help me take out a HELOC loan with the best rates. I highly recommend Kelly and her team! Thank you again for everything!read more
